Delivery is ALWAYS EXPRESS!
We deliver all of our hoverboards directly from our multiple Canada warehouses.

Processing Time
All In-stock hooverboards are processed and shipped out the sameday (weekends excluded) if ordered before 10am (Eastern Time), however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.

Shipping Time
We ship all hooverboards by Canada Post / UPS / Fedex and usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a Tracking number as soon as your Hooverboard ships! You can then track your shipments progress accordingly with the carrier. If you do not receive a tracking number withing 2-days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in-case your provider flagged our automated message as spam).

Shipping Disclaimer
We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and HOOVERBOARD.com is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company are considered delivered and HOOVERBOARD.com Inc cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
